One way or another, garden tools must be made highly visible. If they don't come that way, fluorescent paint is probably the easiest way to make it so.

Whenever I see green, black, or earth-tone garden tools, I know it's either a choice of know-nothing designers or a cynical marketing ploy for know-nothing consumers.

Those that don't agree, haven't misplaced a tool in their garden yet. When they do, then they will.
