Too Early

I soaked some Okra seed and planted it. I figure it should be coming up but it isn’t I was going to plant some more.

My wife suggested I wait and see what this is going to do. Then plant again when the soil is good and warm.

Well my Okra is coming up.

I planted seeds back around 5/20 or so, nothing yet here in NJ, I've had a tough time the last couple seasons getting okra to grow. Plant too late and it never matures before the cold comes, plant too early and they don't come up.
