Hello! I bough this happy plant recently and it was marked as an Areca Palm. So I looked up the care instructions and discovered it looks nothing like an Areca Palm! Maybe someone here knows what it actually is? I'd like to make sure I'm giving it the best care so it stays so happy. Thanks!

As Areca palms look very different as seedlings compared to when they have gone past that initial stage - looking at the picture of yours I'm more than positive that what you have is very definitely an Areca Palm seedling and in fact such a large and healthy specimen - that you could if you wanted to - divide it in three and get two more plants for free :)

I like to purchase a bushy healthy plant and divide it into several plants. It gives you more for your money and more plants to enjoy.
