Has anyone tried growing the "tatume" or "calabacita" squash and if so what do you think, do you like them?

Has anyone tried growing the "tatume" or "calabacita" squash and if so what do you think, do you like them?

I grow them every year. An excellent summer squash and if left on the vine a good winter squash as well. The only drawback to them is that the vines grow rather large and they take up a LOT of space, even more than watermelons. 15 feet is not uncommon
