Second part of planning for furture Gardens

So, if I have two fences (One 4-6 foot tall on the outside, 2-3 foot tall inside) 3 meters apart, surrounding a half acre block, what kind of shade trees can I place in here? Preferably drought resistant but able to take high winds and heavy rain. Also ones good for termite ridden areas, we get a lot of those around here. If they flower I'd be really happy but they don't have to. A half acre, I've found, is 45 meters across both ways if it's square.The ground will be relatively flat, but out of flood zones.
