My roses seem to be struggling this year. Can anyone help me save my roses? The stems started to turn black and the leaves are being eaten. Help

I can't really tell from the pics that you've posted. But what I can see of the stems it looks like dieback. I would cut those out down to the ground.
Could you say more about the conditions that they're in?

It is still blooming and the leaves are being eaten. I never see anything on the actual plant. I will get better pictures. I was nervous to cut it back, I thought I would shock it.

Only cut the brown stems off not the green ones.the brown stems are dead.
Don't know about what's eating the leaves until you can get better up close pics.

Try going out after dark with a flashlight to see what is eating the leaves.
