That is from a very beneficial pollinator called a Leaf Cutter Bee. They do very little damageRecently treated my roses for saw flies with great success, now I have a new bug chewing the leaves..can anyone tell me what may be causing this....it's a different bite pattern than the saw flies

No. They are solitary insects and do very little damage. He or she was just making a nest and will soon be gone.So no worries they will eat my whole plant?
