I have some rust/fungus on my raspberries and blackberries. I have been spraying pretty consistently with neem oil, copper fungicide, and Bonide fruit and orchard spray. Not all at the same time, and roughly every 9-14 days. I was hoping anybody would be able to give me some tips/tricks. Do I need to remove the whole stems? Do I need to remove the plants? I have been clipping any leaves I see that have the fungus/rust, removing them from the garden, and making sure I don't let any dead leaves or clipped leaves stay on the ground.
