Hey guys, I can't seem to fin any information on this question anywhere, so I thought I'd ask here.

I bought a blueberry cutting which was already rooted. It just started producing leaves, but I'm curious about whether or not the cuttings create completely new plants or if they're essentially clones of the mother plant.

That being said, will they start to pick up where they left off or will I need to keep a close eye on them for a year or two to see fruit.

More or less when I should be expecting berries!

it's essentially cloning, and at that size it'll be a few years; about three or four. Also I recommend getting more than one variety of blueberry, as cross pollination will improve production, but that is a long ways off.
