Poinsettia peppers good and what for?

So I grabbed this pack because on it says great for salsa and then I get to googling and it basically says they don’t have much flavor. They are just for looks ((. Anyone have any experience with them for recipes?

They have a slight flavor but aren't all that hot at only about 2500 scovilles. But they are gorgeous.
