End of Garden Hot Peppers - Canning

This year I waited until the majority of my peppers were red before I canned them. (seranos,jalapenos,bells)... They definitely have a sweeter and richer flavor when done this way. The seranos were the best! first time I ever let them go red. I also dehydrated a bunch and sent them through the coffee grinder for some nice powder. Great on eggs in the morning.

Yummy! My brother grew a lot of chillies a couple of years ago and he made some chilli jam - it was amazing with cheese.
