Found a very dead looking plant on my garden next to a name tag. I assumed it was the name of the plant and was thrilled to bits as I nursed it back to health. Showing my "agastache:confused: " very proudly to my friend the other day who broke the news to me.....It is not an agastache .
Has any one got an idea of what it might be. I most likey have it planted in the wrong spot, size wise not position as it is doing very well, just like an agastache would:LOL::(.

Thank you Larissa and usmankhanb4u.
It does have thorns and now I remember buying it .
Obviously the first position i chose wasn't the best, not enough sun becuase of too much competition. Where I have it now suits it but not sure on the thorns. Probably needs to be a bit out of the way. Thinking cap on:). Thanks again guys. Great help. Love this forum and a special thanks to Becky , Zigs and Ian

Its very flexible plant ,u can train it to b tall and catch sunlight , it will do fine in partial shade too , just needs sun for full bloom , what i do is guide long shoots towards open sun and remove bushy ones from under . it can have very long shoot around 20 ft .keep soil dry .
