Hi Devon:
It looks great. Is it a West Coast native species? It looks similar to Arroyo Willow (Salix lasiolepis), a western U.S. species I grew in a previous garden. I'm not sure that it gets as far north as B.C.

The leaves look broader than your Arroyo's, I wish I could tell you the species but it was in our yard when we bought our house, survived a great dane puppy chewing it down to a stump and has come back beautifully this year! Thanks for your help ID'ing!
