Plants in my kitchen

Hello! Today, I took a few pictures of plants that grow in my kitchen and now I want to share them with you

This is a windowsill in my kitchen:

Those are my herbs, oregano, mint and basil:

Here you can see two lavender plants, a lemon verbena and an orchid:

And those are my wild strawberries:

You have a wonderful set up in your kitchen! I love that you have numerous herbs available right in the comfort of your own home. Basil is my favorite herb to grow, so I'm envious of yours. It's so difficult to keep basil alive and happy.

Your plants are beautiful! I absolutely love herbs on a windowsill. I think having herbs in the kitchen makes it feel more homey. What is your plant on the left? I recognize the basil on the right but I can't identify the plant on the left.

The plant on the left is oregano, the one in the middle is mint. They both smell lovely

I also envy your bright kitchen window that allows you to grow plants on the window sill. I would love to be able to have that type of set up in my kitchen. Love your plants.

Thank you Pat Unfortunately, it's not my own apartment, I just rent it. But I hope I'll spend many years here

Fresh oregano is the best. I love chopping the heck out of it and using it in spaghetti sauce. It is so much more intense in flavor. I prefer it over dried herbs any day.
