First post here and completely new to keeping plants. I'd like some advice if you could, my plants aren't doing too well.

I don't know if this should be in the indoor or greenhouse sub-forum so mods feel free to move this.

I live in Taiwan where the climate is sub tropical. It's summer now and has been 35 deg C at 80% humidity for the past few weeks, fairly typical. About a week ago I bought some plants and placed them inside our balcony where they're exposed to the outside temperature/humidity, but sheltered from rain. They get a few hours of sunlight and the balcony acts as a bit of a greenhouse so it probably gets quite hot in there. The plants are not placed on plates so the water seeps out of the holes at the bottom on the pots when watered. So far, I've watered them once after buying them, and again today, 4 days after buying them. They look a bit droopy, have yellowed a bit, and have some brown spots.

Two questions:
1. What plants have I bought? They didn't have any name on them when I bought them.
2. Do they look under-watered, and generally how should I look after them?

Thank you.

The plant in the hanging basket in the 2nd pic is a Golden Pothos (Epipremnum aureum), the plant in the 3rd pic is a Dumb-cane (Dieffenbachia sp.), the fern in the 4th pic is a Boston Fern cv. (Nephrolepis exaltata), the yellowish plant in the 6th pic is a lutescent cv. of Melicope denhamii, the dark green plant in the 7th pic is a Peace-lily (Spathiphyllum hybrid).

The 5th pic includes a Bird's Nest Fern (Asplenium australasicum or A. nidus), another Dieffenbachia cv., a Parlour Palm (Chamaedorea elegans), two plants of an Aglaonema cv., and a small Dracaena fragrans 'Compacta'.

The succulents in the 8th pic from left to right: Echeveria sp. or hybrid, Kalanchoe luciae, variegated form of Kalanchoe fedtschenkoi, Haworthia sp., Gollum Jade (Crassula argentea cv.), and a Sedum adolphii cv. or similar.

As for your second question, I think your plants are looking great.
General houseplant care: Supply bright but indirect light, repeat watering when soil is half-dry, fertilize occasionally with a complete fertilizer.
