Hello everyone, I am new to the group and it's my first time having a Monstera. I need some help! Some of y Monstera leaves has a black and brownish spot and the new one that grow looks weak. I water 1-2x a week usually when the soil is dry. The put the Monstera just beside the door where there is bright light usually but nowadays in winter not so kuch light. Please help, whats should I do to prevent the other leaves to turn brown.
Thank you!
All support will be appreciated! :)

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

Let's go over a checklist of what the plant wants.
• Bright light, usually indirect or dappled is best.
• Regular water and good drainage
• Occasional application of complete fertilizer. 'Complete' means it contains all essential nutrients.

That weak new leaf is the biggest concern. it suggests a nutrient deficiency or insufficient light. However, I don' think light is the primary problem here.

First give an application of fertilizer. A fast-acting liquid would be good for the initial application.
Depending on the particular nutirent deficiency, either that weak leaf will improve, or the next new leaf will improve.
If possible, during winter move the plant into brighter light. if not carry on as best you can.
