I've been away for a few months, a friend took care of my plants and when I got home it was in the state of the second picture
☹

Not sure if I should repot it, take cuttings and make it into a new plant or just give it love and let it stay in the same pot.

What do you guys think?

Overall, your houseplant look fine. The Tradescantia zebrina in the second photo is a bit leggy, but is putting on new growth. From what I can see none of them look like they need to be re-potted, though the Tradescantia looks like it might need some potting soil added to it. You can always take cuttings to make another smaller, tighter plant.
