So I found these in my Jade Pothos that I have in the windowsill above my kitchen sink. I'm pretty sure they're mushrooms. Does anyone know anything about them? Should I be worried about them being in the plant or even in my house? Or are they fine to just leave alone.

That is a Stinkhorn fungus. It will have a terrible odor as it changes color. It will not hurt your plant as it just feeds on rotten wood and particles in your potting soil.
