Looks like heat damage and dry air. Maybe also lacking nitrogen - hence the yellow.
Give it a good deep water with an organic feeder such as a kelp feed.
Is she positioned over a heat source or an AC perhaps?
If your air is dry they have some great plant humidifiers on Amazon .

I have mine positioned in the corner of a sunny room with not too much hot sun directly on it but enough to make it happy.
It’s also sitting near a cat water fountain which raises the nearby humidity.
The second picture is the humidifier I use in the plant room for my plants that love high humidity.
It was only 30 dollars on Amazon.

I always let the water drain out after I soak it so it’s never waterlogged. I allow it to dry out in between watering. I have humidifier but it’s directly next to it so it does get a lot of moisture/mist could that be a problem?

Thank you! I always let the water drain out after I soak it so it’s never waterlogged. I allow it to dry out in between watering and have a good tropical plant fertilizer I use. I have humidifier but it’s directly next to it so it does get a lot of moisture/mist could that be a problem?

I don’t think that would be a problem. It’s a cool mist humidifier?
It sounds like you’re taking good care of it.
I keep the soil in mine damp but never wet.
The only other thing I can think of is maybe it’s root bound and needs a bigger pot with fresh soil.
You haven’t noticed any pests on it I assume?
