Hey guys,
I'm a newbie in monsteras. Had this thai constellation monstera for about 5 months, repotted in one week after I got it from local garden shop. It hasn't been any new leafs growing since then. The soil seems alright. The leafs we’re on the dry side looking when I had them. But now looks dryer( wilt?) than before. Unfortunately, there were two aerial roots dead after I repotted it. The humidifier is on most of the day when I moved it inside, now there is a new aerial root growing. I'm wondering if I did something wrong when I repotted it. Please help!! Do I need to repot it again? Many thanks.

Your plant had a double shock after you bought it @Serenafu . First it needed time to get used to moving from the shop to your home, and then you pulled it out of the pot it was in. You need to do things with plants in a more gradual manner.
If the plant is dry, water it well, but make sure the water all runs through the bottom of the pot. Don't keep moving it around. It needs a bright well lit home away from direct sunlight. Don't repot it again now. It needs to stay put and only repot after a couple of years or even more.
I wish you luck with it.
