Help! What is wrong with my Thai Constellation?

I have had my Thai since March 2020 and it has been absolutely beautiful. It has produced so many new leaves. Then, suddenly, these brown spots started to appear. The Thai is in a South facing window and I live in So. Cal. I use a humidifier a few times a week near the plant (when I remember).

I purchased a Pink Princess from Etsy and have the Pink Princess next to the Thai. The princess arrived with brown spots, but I figured it was inconsistent watering. Now, I'm having a panic attack wondering what the hell is wrong with my Thai!?
