Thai Constellation - HELP! What is wrong!?

I have had my Thai since March 2020 and it has produced so many new leaves for me. Now, I am noticing these brown/black spots appearing on the lower leaves. I cut them off when they started to yellow. What is wrong with my baby?

It looks like a watering issue rather than a pest or disease.

Where do you live?
How often do you water?
How do you determine when to water?
Does the pot have drain holes?
How close to a window is it?
When was the last time you fed it?
What and how much did you use?
Do you have a humidifier near it?
What is the ambient humidity like?
Any other information about how you care for it will help.
