Massive Aloe

Hey! I have a massive aloe plant that I have already repotted several times… it has so many pups! My question is… when I repot to a larger pot should I separate all the pups from the big plant(s)? What would you do? Is the plant happy like that?

It seems real happy. They separate fairly easily if you want more or just to make it smaller.
