I always wanted to go to Mardi Gras.. I imagine the food would be epic! The masks would give me nightmares for months after but worth it for the food lol

I can testify @pepper2.0 that the food in New Orleans is epic...and also Houston/Galveston Mardi Gras although somewhat less known offers food equally epic IMO.

I can do without the other, however.
