Hello:
I started 3 lychees from a pit. First, using the paper towel method. Then, I transferred to peat pots. They began growing large leaves and looking fantastic. Eventually, the got too large and I needed to transplant to larger pots.
After transplanting to larger pot, they stopped growing! I read on the black hole called online which said to cut the tops of seedlings to create a stockier stem. I did that just after I transplanting them to the larger pots.
I am not sure if they are having transplant shock and/or cutting the tops off was problematic.
Anyone versed in lychee speak? Or ideas about what has stifled my lychees' growth?
Thank you.
