Yes, those are leaf miners. There is no spray to get rid of them. They are inside of the leaf. A moth flies in at night and lays her eggs. The eggs hatch and the larvae either chew their way to the inside of the leaf or they actually hatch inside the leaf depending on the type of leaf miner it is. The only way to control them is to know when the female moth will fly in to lay her eggs.Hi, please help. There are lines on my basil plant. Are those leaf miners?
