Indoor lime tree pest?

My indoor lime plant recently bloomed with 30 beautiful blossoms that started developing into little pea sized limes, then I noticed I was having many drop. Then today, as I was misting my plant, I noticed the water droplets getting caught in what looks like little webs at the base of many leaves! I attached some pictures. I don't know what it is from and when I searched the plant I couldn't find any critters that could be causing the issue. I'd love some advice on what could be the problem! And if I need to take any preventative measures with my other indoor plants. This is my only citrus but there are lots of other plants in my house that I obviously don't want to get whatever is bugging my lime tree.
Thank you!

I may be nothing but spiders but then it also might be spider mites and you really don't want them anywhere near any of your plants.
Get a sheet of white paper and hold it under the webs and shake and thump vigorously. Then look at the paper and see if you see any tiny dots moving around. In any case insecticidal soap or neem oil if used regularly will take care of them, what ever it may be.

How old is your tree and how many times have you harvested from it before and about the average size of the harvest? Does it spend all its time indoors? And what is its major source and quantity of lighting?

I'm confused because this is an indoor tree, so not sure how that works with production of fruit, since I'm wondering about the lighting.

I have a meyers lemon tree, but it's outdoors 24/7/365 and in the ground, so I don't have any experience with potted indoor plants, but I'm very curious about the production of them.

I agree with @Chuck those little webs are most likely spider mites. I hate those dratted things. I too am working on eliminatig them from indoor plants. Treat as fast as you can!

I have had the same problem with my dwarf lime tree that I bring inside in the winter. Neem oil spray worked best for me.
