People keep mixing 'Advise/advice and access/excess. I made me think "I advise access to an excess of advice"
Sorry, I can take US versus UK, but I am a pernicity, or persnicity, author. Hear some of my stories on 'The story shack' on YouTube, there are only two Oliver Buckles there and the other one posts cricket.

My bad, should have been 'It made me think'.
However, generally I do try and make myself think. Exercises like 'Consider the large and the small, if getting tied down by many small things, deliberately take the over view and consider on the large scale. Conversely when making large scale plans consider from the point of view of the small.' can help in understanding and in keeping the mind flexible.

The one that annoys me is 'would of' instead of 'would have' and other 'of's' instead of 'haves'.

No, I don't think so...as long as we understand each other. Communicate.

What is especially funny is when the corrector posts a correction to the corrected which also needs to be corrected. That's funny to me...see beginning of thread.
