This is a nymph (immature instar) of a Southern Green Stink Bug (Nezara viridula, Pentatomidae). It is now found worldwide, but it may have originally been confined to Ethiopia. The species feeds on a wide variety of plants, but often shows a preference for Legumes (Fabaceae).
