What's this bug? I found 100+ on one plant.

BAD BUG. It's a flea beetle and they will destroy your garden if not eradicated. Directly spray them every 5 days with spinosad for 3 weeks. Drench the soil at base of plant with Neem Oil.

The insects pictured are not Flea Beetles (Alticini, Chrysomelidae), nor are they any type of beetle (Coleoptera).

They are 2nd Instar nymphs of the Southern Green Shieldbug (Nezara viridula) , a true bug (Pentatomidae, Hemiptera)

The photos are not very sharp, but the correct spot pattern on the abdomen is visible.
