Hello everyone! I rooted this pretty little guy and he was doing great until recently and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong! An identification and any advice would be greatly appreciated! I would hate to lose him :(

This is a variegated form of Dragon's-Blood Sedum (Phedimus spurius 'Tricolor'). It was formerly included in the genus Sedum and you will still often find it listed as such. The species is native to the mountains of Turkey, Iran and the Caucasus.

It wants full sun or bright indirect light, regular watering with good drainage and occasional fertilizer application.

Also, Phedimus is a genus of succulents native to cold winter areas. They have a tendency to be semi-dormant in winter. Therefore, it usually does best outdoors in temperate climates, and will not react well to the low humidity and warm nights of an indoor location. If you can, grow it as a patio plant rather than a house plant.

All of my plants are outside! Regular watering? Does that mean it likes more water than succulents? My succulents i water once every 2 weeks and that's kind of how I've been treating this guy. Which clearly isn't working lol

Even though Phedimus spp. are succulents, they are native to relatively cool, moist areas compared to most succulents. They are in no way desert plants. Let the plant dry somewhat between watering, but not nearly as much as you might a desert cactus.
