Hired Hand is no longer working and I’m only working couple hours a day. Even though my Doctors are saying no time outside. HMMM didn’t say anything about work.

Anyway it seems I’m going to have to work faster.

Got part in for the A/C but need two hands to fix it.

Please watch the back of your neck and your ears BR. That is why I use a wide brimmed hat now. My ear tip was badly burned wearing a Ball cap and it only healed after 5 years.

My Baby Sister died of Skin Cancer but she was using Tanning Beds and worked for Springfield Parks.

I’m at an age that if I pass so be. I can’t stay inside too much but I don’t want the pain of sunburn.

Our son may help he was supposed to be here yesterday but has 3 vehicles. One wouldn’t start, one had a flat and the other was out of gas.

Got a fishing trip next month.

Going fishing. Watch out for the ultra violet light which can be reflected from water and give you sun burn. Being a fair skin Scot ( I blame the Vikings) I wear long sleeved cotton shirts if hot a rugby jersey if not. Long leg trousers, socks and sandals or deck shoes and I do not care if people laugh. Sun screen factor 50 on all exposed areas and my wide brimmed hat.

I am not allowed to eat salt but fortunately I can buy salt free crisps which I think you call chips which to us means fries.

They tell you to reduce sodium but then tell you get your electrolytes. Salt is an electrolyte.

We need salt to be healthy.


Salty chips are a health food imo. I dislike the word balance in marketing but it is a balanced food so to speak. Potassium and Sodium chloride are electrolytes.

What might be bad is the oils they are cooked in but im not so sure of that neither.

Done cancelled the fishing and here I am checking out bait.

I think I have done proved that it’s not for the meat. Couple guys were bringing me fish every day. So I didn’t have to go for fish. I told them to quit bringing them.

Now I don’t have fish and sure would like to go but I can’t be out over two hours because of Medication. Real pain.

I think once again I’m going to have to go against my Doctor. Stuff just has to be done.

I went against my Doctor one time and paid for it with a Hernia. Told me not to do anything for a year.

Then my son asked me to go with him into the mountains on a Hunting trip because he had never been there before.

I was Guide and Camp Cook. We was going around and he asked if I was supposed to be doing something? I said you going to Narc on me? He didn’t have to.
