Germinating seeds from pickled peppers

I have a jar of pickled ghost peppers in my refrigerator. I wanted to germinate the seeds to have plants this spring. Can I use them out of the pickling liquid or did the vinegar and additives kill the seeds? Asking because free is better than ordering seeds on line.

The seeds are DEAD if pickled.
