The types of wild flowers that grown in verges by roadsides are ones that like high nitrogen content, they get it from the exhaust fumes. Do you think when we get more electric cars there might be less cow parsley and more diversity of other wayside flowers?

It is what I call 'pheasant eye', so it is not because they make 'Hosts of golden daffodils'. And I would call it a narcissus rather than a daffodil.
