I'm sick of the critters in my rose blossoms

I need an organic way of keeping earwigs, spiders and others out of my rose blossoms. If I spray neem or IS it affects the blossoms themselves. I use the blossoms for cosmetics and cut flowers in the house. I've tried dunking them in water as I cut but that seems to affect the life of the vase life. Any suggestions from those who have been growing roses for awhile? Thank you
