Hi

I have this pyrocantha.

It’s against a wall and has just been cut like a hedge previously.

It’s just finished flowering but I have noticed it’s turning black and dying at the tips backwards. It’s quite extensive.

What can I do to fix this? I don’t want to lose it.

Can I just cut it back to a thinner less wide hedge? It’s just finished flowering? What disease is it? Not too fusesed about what it is… more about the remedy? Pic attached… many thanks.
