Hi Everyone!
I am in Sebastian, Florida. I have a chain link fence surrounding my yard and there are areas I need to cover. Some areas get full sun, some areas get no sun, and one area gets partial sun. I'd like a plant that grows on the fence (not in front of it), and grows above it a foot or two. So my couple of questions are:
1. What are the best fast growing plants for no sun, full sun and partial sun?
2. Does Bougainvillea grow well on chain link?
3. Can this type of planting be started from a cutting or does it really need to be a rooted plant?
We also have a vehicle gate in the fence, which is used a lot, so needs to remain available. Would anyone have any suggestions on how/with what plant I could cover that and still be able to open and close it?
