Help! feijoa tree is dropping leaves? ive got it potted inside at the moment due to the lower temperatures ourside, and since I've gotten it its started to lose leaves. Leaves seem to be turning crispy and dropping. Also veins have browning, as pictured. not sure what is wrong… didnt overwater. only water it once every week. Just watered it yesterday afternoon, and it dropped heaps more leaves today… I've also tried spritzing it with water.

We’ve now just moved it outside, even though it’s currently still a bit chilly (5 degrees), because it just seems to be dying inside the house :(

Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

This seems to be a drainage or irrigation issue. In a container, Pineapple Guava should be watered regularly but be sure the soil drains and partly dries before the next irrigation. It will also do best in a full sun, but can persist in some shade as well, but flowers, fruit, and overall vigor will be reduced.

Pineapple Guava (Feijoa sellowiana, formerly Acca sellowiana), in the Myrtle Family (Myrtaceae), native to southeastern South America, can take frost, perhaps even to -10 C or so. It should be fine outside at +5º C.
