Chaotic bush

We have a very overground bush/collectin of bushes in our garden, from the previous owner. I am not sure what any plants are except for the blackberry and honeysuckle. What is the best thing to do with it? I have redirected two blackberry canes to the fence. Is the only wya to make it neat to remove all except perhaps 2 bushes?

You can prune if you want after the bloom period. However, I do most of my heavy pruning in the Winter when the plants are dominant.
