I met someone today who told me that planting chamomile with Bok Choy plants "improves the flavor". Has anyone done this and noticed a difference? Waiting on my seeds to get here, and considering picking up some baby chamomiles to throw in the bed with them. I am high alert on pests and predator attracting plants since I have so many Brassica's, so any advice is welcome.

I've heard that before also @Foggy , but never actually tried it. The best flavor enhancer for Bok Choy I've found is a light frost.

It would be fairly easy and interesting to set up a little experiment...plant some with and some without and compare the flavor. I'd be evry interested in what you find.

Ill post in the projects thread when I get my beds set up! I am very curious as well, just throwing as many herbs and flowers into the mix that I can to try and avoid some sort of mass buffet event on my greens .

It will be at my grandmother in law's house so I can only visit them every other day to keep an eye on things.
