Edible fuschia berries

I have many pretty flowers, but when they fall off more flowers grow. I'd like both.

The flowers are edible as they have a mild, sweet flavor good in salads.

For all plants I'm familiar with, it is just the normal cycle for the old flowers to pass away and new ones to replace them. On many plants, you can encourage that cycle by removing the old flowers in a process we call deadheading.
