Blueberry bush help! They look sick!

Please help! I’m new to gardening and planted these blueberry bushes this year. My blueberry bushes have leaves that are starting to turn red towards the bottom and it seems to be spreading. Does anyone know what’s wrong with them and how I can save them?

The varieties are brightwell rabbiteye and premier rabbiteye.

Look just like mine, the leaves go red in the fall.

Blueberries are deciduous and the leafs turn red in the fall then drop for the winter.
