Winterizing Potted Chandler Blueberry Bush

What’s the best way to winterize blueberry? I live in zone 6b. I’m on the 7th floor of an apartment complex with a balcony. Is it better to bring it indoors? Do I need to change the soil? Isn’t cold necessary to help it go dormant?

Your Highbush Blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum 'Chandler') is \hardy to USDA Zone 3b, even in a container on a balcony it should be fine in Zone 6b. Do not bring it indoors.
