Black eyed Susan's aren't looking too hot

What is going on with my black eye Susan's? They are in direct sunlight all day, 24" apart like the instructions said. Is this anything to worry about? Will they spring back up? Any help/advice is appreciated!

Ok i did that. We had just got a bunch of rain prior to planting so didn't want to oversaturate the soil. I'll see if that helps. Thanks!
