Amazon lily

Hi everyone, I have amazon lilies and spider lilies in my garden bed which were thriving. Lately, I have been seem some work like insects with orange heads eating my lilies. I don't know if they are hurting the plant, but they are a nuisance. Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks
