Euonymus Japonicas ( Green Spire) problems

Hi - Few issues with a hedge which is about 2 years old. It looked really healthy until a week or so ago. Started with one plant, so i thought i caught it by cutting it away, but now it seems to be spreading to the neighbouring plants.
Its like the top leaves shrivel up, and a white fungusy patches around the top and leaves appears. I have included a picture of some of the health plants so that you can see the difference
Is anyone able to help me identify the issue and advise how to resolve it?

You have a purple looking clump, give it a poke with a pencil or such and you should find these are individual little aphids that will squish. The white looks very much to me like woolly aphid, but could be mealy bug. This link has "vs" information/advice.

Yep, you got mealybugs. Spinosad, pyrethrins, strong jet of water, any systemic insecticide will control them. Mix and match as you choose.

Ahhh……..thank you all. It’s didnt look like bugs, just looked more like some sort of fungus.
