Advice growing Hoya Australis

I purchased a large, healthy Hoya Australis and just want some care tips. My main question is how their care differs from the hoyas with thicker, more succulent leaves. I have tried caring for them as I would any other Hoya, but it did not work.
I’ve had pretty good luck caring for hoyas in the past, but the only one I’ve ever killed is a Hoya Australis. That was early in my plant journey so I’m hoping to do better this time!
