Abused monstera

I found a beautiful, mature Monstera Deliciosa in the garbage with the main root yanked out of the pot and partially broken off, some aerial roots, all the leaves cracked besides one intact but droopy unfolding leaf, and one intact fruit.
Any advice how to save it?
