Greetings, welcome to the Forums.

This is a bacterial or fungal leaf spot disease. Give your Ceriman (Monstera deliciosa) best care to reduce stress that will make the plant more susceptible to disease. Bright indirect light. Well drained soil. Let soil partly soil before the next irrigation. fertilize monthly with a complete, liquid fertilizer.

Consider also cutting off parts of the leaf the have spots. and disposing of that material. This will mar the look of that leaf but it may help protect future leaves from infection.
Did the plant come bareroot or was there soil with the plant? If so, mulch the soil with bark or pebbles to also help reduce spread of disease.
