White dots on plant leaves. PLEASE HELP

I have recently seen some of my tomatoe plants getting leaf curl, upon inspection there are tiny white dots on all of the leaves that are curling. After looking at my passion fruit they are everywhere. I had problems with pests last year and this is devastating to see I have pests again.

Looks like an early stage scale infestation. Spray with Neem Oil. Make sure the Neem is fresh as it has a short shelf life.
